Where do you ship from and how long does it take?

Every order leaves our Sydney facility within 1–2 business days — same day if you order before 2pm AEST. Delivery takes 2–8 business days after dispatch, so 3–10 business days in total, anywhere in Australia. We send your Australia Post tracking number by email the moment your order is dispatched.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Free tracked shipping applies to every order with no minimum spend.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging for a refund or exchange. You cover return postage; we never charge a restocking fee. This sits on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Is there a warranty?
